2024 Middle School Musical: Newsies Jr.
Newsies Jr. is a youth adaptation of Disney's Newsies, based on the 1992 film and the 2012 Broadway musical. Set in 1899 New York City, the story follows a group of newsboys, led by Jack Kelly, who go on strike when newspaper mogul Joseph Pulitzer raises prices, exploiting the children. The newsboys fight for fair treatment and justice, with themes of friendship, social justice, and standing up for what's right.
